The Father’s Kitchen is a practical way of showing God’s love to people in real need.

How it operates?

People from the church family are encouraged to buy a couple of extra non-perishable food items or toiletries when they do their weekly shop. They bring these goods to church and we collect a store that we can donate to families or individuals that are in need of a bit of extra help.

Who is it for?

This is not free food for anyone, this is help for people who really need it, and for this reason the Father’s Kitchen distributes through recommendation. So, if you know of anyone in your Kinship, family or neighbourhood who would benefit from a gift from the Father’s Kitchen, please contact the office.

So how can I help?

Each month on the Father’s Kitchen display board (situated at the back of the auditorium) there is a list of recommended items to donate. One way people may wish to donate is by using the ‘buy one get one free’ offers at most supermarkets, and just bringing in the free item. Please leave the items on the table under the Father’s Kitchen notice board ready to be collected each Sunday. The food is then put into store ready to be distributed.

Whatever you can bring in will be gratefully received.
